Use of the service

WorkCaddie is provided to licensed home-service contractors for the purpose of documenting completed work and delivering those reports to the homeowner who requested the service. Contractors agree to use WorkCaddie only for legitimate service reports tied to work they have performed, and only to send SMS to homeowners who have provided their mobile number for that purpose.

Prohibited uses

• Sending marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages.
• Using numbers collected from purchased lists, web scraping, or any source other than direct opt-in at a service visit.
• Misrepresenting the sender, the scope of work, or the contents of a report.
• Any activity that violates applicable law, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and carrier guidelines for A2P messaging.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content ownership

Contractors retain ownership of the reports they create. Homeowners retain ownership of reports saved to their account. WorkCaddie stores this content solely to provide the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. WorkCaddie is a communication tool; it does not verify the accuracy of contractor assessments, and reports should not be treated as a licensed inspection or warranty.
